Article 1 Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to prescribe the rights and responsibilities of websites and users in the use of Internet-related services provided by RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL (hereinafter referred to as "service") operated by RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL.

Article 2 Definition
"RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" means a virtual place where RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL can trade goods, etc. using computer or other information and communication facilities to provide goods or services to users, and also includes the meaning of the operator who operates the cyber shopping mall.
"User" refers to members and general customers who access the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" and receive services provided by the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" under this Agreement.
'Member' is a member of the RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website who registered as a member of the RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website by providing personal information to the RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website.
'The term 'general customer' refers to a person who uses the services provided by the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" without joining the membership.

Article 3 Specifications, Explanations and Revision of Terms and Conditions
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" is the first "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM HOTEL website" that makes it easier for users to know the content of this Agreement, the name and the name of the representative, the address of the place of business (including the location of the consumer complaint handling department), the telephone number, transmission code, e-mail address, business registration number, and the carrier registration number, and the person in charge of personal information management. The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" may amend this Agreement only to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws, such as the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, the Regulations on Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Documents and Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Financial Transactions Act, the Electronic Signing Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Framework Act, etc.
If the terms and conditions of the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" are amended, the date of application and the reason for the revision shall be clearly summarized and announced on the first screen of the website 7 days before the date of application with the current terms and conditions. However, if the terms and conditions are changed, a grace period of at least 30 days is required.
In this case, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" should provide a comparison of the content before and after the revision to make it easier for users to understand.
If the terms and conditions of the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" are amended, the amended terms and conditions shall apply only to contracts entered into on or after the date of application, and the terms and conditions of those terms and conditions shall apply to contracts already entered into before that date. Matters not prescribed in this Agreement and interpretation of this Agreement shall be governed by the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, the Act on Regulation, etc. of Terms and Conditions, the Guidelines for Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and related statutes or customs as prescribed by the Fair Trade Commission.

Article 4 Providing and changing services
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" does the following:
- Provide information on goods or services and conclude purchase contracts
- the delivery of goods or services to which the purchase agreement has been concluded.

The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" may change the contents of goods or services to be provided under subsequent contracts if goods or services are out of stock or if technical specifications have changed. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the date of delivery shall be specified and notified without delay where the current goods or services are posted.
If "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" alters the contents of the service contracted with the user for reasons such as shortage of goods or technical specifications, the reason shall be immediately notified to the user at the address that can be notified."
However, this is not the case if the previous clause proves this in "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL".
In the event that the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between businesses, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall notify the user of this information in accordance with the method prescribed in Article 68 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions previously provided in the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website". However, if the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" does not give prior notice of compensation criteria, users' points or coupons shall be paid in kind or cash corresponding to the value of the money used in the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website".

Article 5 Discontinuation of Services
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" may temporarily suspend service provision in the event of maintenance, replacement, and failure of information and communication facilities, such as computers, or communication errors. In the event of a service interruption under paragraph (1), the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall notify the user in accordance with the method prescribed in Article 68.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" compensates for damages suffered by users or third parties due to temporary suspension of service provision due to the reasons referred to in paragraph 1. However, this is not the case if the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" proves that there is no intention or negligence.
In the event that the service cannot be provided due to the conversion of business items, abandonment of business, or integration between businesses, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall notify the user of this information in accordance with the method prescribed in Article 68 and compensate the consumer according to the conditions previously provided in the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website". However, if the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" does not give prior notice of compensation criteria, users' points or coupons shall be paid in kind or cash corresponding to the value of the money used in the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website".

Article 6 Membership
Minors under the age of 14 cannot join the RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website as members.
The user applies for membership by entering personal information in accordance with the subscription form prescribed by the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" and expressing their agreement to this Agreement. The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall be registered as a member unless it falls under any of the following:
If the applicant has previously lost his or her membership under Article 7 (3) of this Agreement, except in the case of a person who has three years since the loss of membership under Article 7 (3), and has obtained approval for membership in the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website."
- In case there is a false, omitted entry or error in the registration.
- If registration as another member is deemed to be a technical impediment to the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"
The time when the membership agreement was established is when the approval of the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" was reached by each member.
If there is any change in the registered matters at the time of membership, the member shall immediately notify the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" by e-mail or other means.

Article 7 Disengagement of Members and Loss of Qualification
The member may request withdrawal from the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" at any time, in which case the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" will process the withdrawal immediately.
If a member falls under any of the following reasons, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" may restrict or suspend membership:
- If false information is registered at the time of application for membership

- Threatening e-commerce order, such as obstructing others' use of the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" or stealing that information;
- Where an act is prohibited by statute or these Terms and Conditions or against the public domain using the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"
If the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" has restricted/suspended membership and the same act is repeated more than twice or the reason is not corrected within 30 days, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" may lose membership. If the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" loses its membership status, the membership registration will be revoked. In this case, the member shall be notified and the member shall be given the opportunity to explain for at least 30 days prior to the cancellation of membership registration.

Article 8 Notification of Members

However, individual notification shall be made for matters that have a significant impact on the member's own transactions.

Article 9 Agreements on Purchase Application and Personal Information Provision

- Selection of payment method
If the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" needs to provide purchasers' personal information to third parties, 1) the recipient of personal information, 2) the purpose of personal information use of the recipient of personal information, 3) the items of personal information provided by the provider of personal information, 4) the purchaser shall be notified of the personal information retention and the period of use. Article 10 Establishing a Contract
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" may not be approved for purchase applications as shown in Article 9, provided that: However, if a contract is concluded with a juvenile, the minor himself or his legal representative shall be notified that the contract can be canceled if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained.
- In case there is a false, omission, or error in the application details
- Where juveniles purchase goods and services prohibited by the Juvenile Protection Act, such as cigarettes and alcohol;
- If it is deemed that approval of other purchase applications has a significant impact on the technology of the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"
The agreement of "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" is deemed to have been made at the time when the agreement is reached to the user in the form of a receipt notification under Article 9 paragraph 1.
The expression of consent on the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall include information on the user's purchase application confirmation and availability of the purchase application, cancellation of modification of the purchase application, etc.

Article 11 Payment Method
Payment methods for goods or services purchased from the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" may be made by any of the following methods: However, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall not be collected by adding any nominal fees to the user's payment method, such as goods.
- various account transfers such as phone banking, Internet banking, and mail banking
- Payment of various cards such as prepaid cards, debit cards, credit cards, etc.

- Payment by electronic currency
- Payment upon receipt

- Payment by coupon paid by "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"
- Payment by gift vouchers that have been contracted with "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" or recognized by "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website"
- Payment by other electronic payment methods, etc.

Article 12 Change and cancel of receipt and confirmation notice and purchase application
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" notifies the user of the receipt of the purchase request.
The user who receives the receipt notification may request the change or cancel of the purchase application immediately after receiving the receipt notification, and the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall be processed without delay if requested by the user prior to delivery. However, if the payment has already been made, the provisions of Article 15 on withdrawal of subscription, etc. shall be divided.

Article 13 Supply of Goods
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" takes other necessary measures such as custom manufacture, packaging, etc. so that goods can be delivered within seven days from the date of the user's subscription, unless there is a separate agreement with the user regarding the timing of supply of goods, etc. However, if the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" has already received all or part of the payment for goods, etc., it shall take action within two working days from the date of receipt of the payment. At this time, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" takes appropriate measures so that users can check the supply procedures and progress of goods.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" specifies the delivery method, delivery cost by means, and delivery period by means for goods purchased by users. Article 14 Refund
1. The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" notifies the user of the reason why the goods that the user has applied for purchase cannot be provided due to shortage of goods, etc., and if the payment has already been made, refund or take necessary measures within three working days.

Article 15 Withdrawal of Subscription
Users who have signed a contract with the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GOTEL website" regarding the purchase of goods and other goods may withdraw their subscription within seven days from the date they receive a letter of the contract under Article 13 (2) of the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc. Act (referring to the date the supply of goods, etc. was made later than when they received the letter). However, if the Act on the Protection of Consumers in Electronic Commerce, etc. stipulates otherwise with respect to the withdrawal of subscription, the provisions of this Act shall apply.
If the user receives goods or other goods, he/she cannot return them or exchange them in the following cases:
- In the event that goods, etc. are lost or damaged due to a responsible reason to the user (However, if packaging, etc. is damaged to check the contents of goods, etc., the subscription can be withdrawn.)
- The value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly due to the use of the user or some consumption.
- The value of goods, etc. has decreased significantly over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
- Reproducible for goods with the same performance, etc.
- if the package of the good is damaged
In the case of paragraph (2) 2 or 4, users' withdrawal of subscription is not restricted unless the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" stipulates in advance that the withdrawal of subscriptions is restricted to consumers or provides products for use.
Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraphs (1) and (2), a user may withdraw his/her subscription within three months from the date of receipt of the relevant goods, etc. or within 30 days from the date of receipt of the relevant goods, etc. or the date he/she was informed of such fact, if the contents of the goods, etc. are different from the contents of the display or advertisement or the contents of the contract.

Article 16 Effect of withdrawal of subscription.

If the user pays for shipping when receiving goods or other goods, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" clearly shows who pays for the expenses when the subscription is withdrawn.

Article 17 Personal Information Protection
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" collects minimum personal information within the scope necessary for providing services when collecting users' personal information.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" does not collect the information required to carry out the purchase contract in advance at the time of membership. However, this is not the case when collecting at least specific personal information as it is necessary to verify the identity before the purchase contract for the performance of obligations under the relevant statutes.
RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" notifies the users of their personal information and obtains their consent.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall not use the personal information collected for any purpose other than the intended purpose. Article 22 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, including the identity of the person in charge of personal information management (affiliated, name and telephone number, other contact information), purpose of collection and use of information, information provision (provider, purpose of provision, and contents of information to be provided) to third parties (provider, purpose of provision, and information to be provided) if the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" requires user's consent under paragraphs 2 and 3.
The user may at any time request access to and error correction of his personal information held by the" RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website", and the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" is obliged to take necessary action without delay. If the user requests an error correction, the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" will not use the personal information until the error is corrected.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall limit users who handle personal information to a minimum for personal information protection and assume full responsibility for damages caused by loss, theft, leakage, unauthorized third-party provision, tampering, etc. of personal information, including credit cards, bank accounts, etc.

Information regarding personal information protection, which is not specified in this section, shall be governed by the "Personal Information Processing (handling) Policy" in the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website".

Article 18 Duty of "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website"
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" shall not prohibit or obstruct good manners by statute and these Terms and Conditions, and shall do its best to provide goods and services in a sustainable and stable manner as provided by these Terms.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall have a security system for protecting users' personal information (including credit information) so that users can safely access Internet services.
RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website shall be responsible for compensating users for damages caused by unfair marking or advertising activities prescribed in Article 3 of the Act on the Fairness of Indications and Advertisements for goods or services.

Article 19 User's Duty
The user shall not perform the following actions:
Registration of false information upon application or modification
theft of other people's
Changes to the information posted on the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"
Send or post information (such as computer programs) other than that specified by "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"
"RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" and other infringement on intellectual property rights, including copyrights of third parties;
"RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL Website" or any other act of defaming or obstructing the work of a third party;
Disclosure or posting of obscene or violent messages, burns, voices, and other information that interferes with good manners on the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website"

Article 20 Relationships Between Connected Websites
If the parent website and the child website are linked by hyperlink (for example, the target of the hyperlink includes letters, pictures, and flash video), the former is called the connecting website, and the latter is called the subsidiary website
The connected website shall not be liable for any transactions performed with users by the goods, etc. provided independently by the affiliated website, nor shall it be liable for such transactions if such intention is specified on the first screen of the connected website or on the linked pop-up screen.

Article 21 Imposition and Restrictions Use of Copyright
Copyright and other intellectual property rights to the work created by the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" belong to the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website".
The user shall not use the information obtained by using the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" for profit-making purposes or use it to a third party by means of methods including copying, transmitting, publishing, distributing, and broadcasting without prior consent.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" shall notify the user of the use of the copyright attributed to the user under the agreement.

Article 22 Dispute Resolution
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" establishes and operates damage compensation processing equipment to reflect legitimate opinions or complaints raised by users and to compensate for the damage.
The "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" will prioritize complaints and comments submitted from users. However, if it is difficult to process it promptly, the user will be notified of the reason and the processing schedule immediately.
If a user files an application for damage relief in connection with an e-commerce dispute between the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" and the user, it may be subject to mediation by the Fair Trade Commission or the dispute settlement agency requested by the city or provincial governor.

Article 23 Laws of Jurisdiction and Governance
The lawsuit regarding the e-commerce dispute between the "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" and the user shall be filed by the user's address at the time of the complaint, and if there is no address, it shall be the exclusive jurisdiction of the local court having jurisdiction over the residence. However, if the user's address or residence is not clear at the time of filing a complaint, or in the case of a foreign resident, it shall be filed with the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
The Korean law applies to e-commerce lawsuits filed between "RAMADA BY WYNDHAM GUMI HOTEL website" and users.
